Ziang Yan

Hello! My name is Ziang Yan, and I am an international student from China currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University. I completed my high school education in China before coming to the United States to continue my studies.

I am passionate about understanding how people and technology can work together to create stronger, more efficient organizations. As part of this goal, I am taking courses such as Education and Computers to learn how digital tools can enhance communication, learning, and leadership in the workplace.

Looking ahead, I plan to pursue a Master’s degree after completing my undergraduate studies. Eventually, I hope to return to my hometown and contribute to my family’s business, applying what I have learned about leadership, management, and public relations to support its growth.

In addition to my academic goals, I enjoy exploring new experiences outside the classroom. I love reading books on self-improvement and leadership, traveling to learn about different cultures, and cooking, which allows me to be creative and unwind.

I am always eager to learn, grow, and seek opportunities—whether through internships or collaborative projects—that will help me strengthen my professional skills and prepare for a successful future in management and human resources.
